Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

• Perfumes and fragrances (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour within 14 days. Contact us before sending any item back.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
